Birthday is the occasion when we thank God for giving us lives on the earth. It is also the day when we are cherished by our closed and loved ones for our presence on the earth and also in their lives.
On 30th October, 2022, the College celebrated the 123rd Birth anniversary of Swami Dhananjoy Das Kathia Baba Maharaj. In this auspicious event a colourful rally was organised in collaboration with Swami Dhananjoy Das Kathia Baba Mission School and Sri Sri Dhananjay Das Charitable Trust. Teacher and students community of the college along with the trust members and devotees have participated spontaneously in that rally. In the morning at 7:00 AM, all the participants assembled in front of Rabindra Satabarshiki Bhavan. Dr. Dilip Nath, Principal and Dr.AparajitaModak, Vice-Principal leaded the students for the rally. From Rabindra Satabarshiki Bhavan, the rally went through the routes like Orient Chowmuhani, Kaman Chowmuhani and then reached back to the starting point. At the end of the rally, dance performance was done by the students. Shri Sujit Roy, Director of the college delivered a speech about the life and work of Swami Dhananjoy Das Kathia Baba Maharaj and proposed the Vote of Thanks..
