On 28th September 2022, Wednesday, Swami Dhananjoy Das Kathia Baba Mission College organised a surprise cultural event in order to boost the spirit of cultural development in the heart and mind of the students of the college. The program held in the college was privileged to have Dr. Dilip Nath, Principal, Swami Dhananjoy Das Kathia Baba Mission College, Dr. AparajitaModak, Vice Principal, Swami Dhananjoy Das Kathia Baba Mission College, Smt. Kakali Bhattacharjee, Headmistress, Swami Dhananjoy Das Kathia Baba Mission school and Teachers of the college along with the Students.
The program commenced with the surprise announcement of master of ceremony (M.C), which was taken up by Mridula Roy, Student, Department of English and then the program witnessed three surprise programmes, an Indian cultural dance from Shatabhisha Chakraborty, followed by a yoga performance by Bulti Debnath and a Bollywood dance by Mridula Roy. Sakil Miah and Hriday Miah came up with Patriotic Hindi song which reflected the N.C.C camping days of their life. The program concluded by thanking all the participants and other students, faculty, non-teaching staff and the entire college fraternity for putting up a surprise cultural event to step forward towards the academic year 2022.
